Our critique process is fast and simple.

- Visit our store to place your order. Payments are processed using Square and all debit cards and major credit cards are accepted.
- After you've placed your order, you'll receive an automatically-generated email confirmation. (Tip: If it doesn't come through, be sure to check your spam folder.) This email will contain a link to the Critique Form. The form is where you would supply your contact information, upload your resume, cover letter, and/or link to your LinkedIn profile, and tell us what kinds of jobs you're looking for.
- One of the (many) great things about critiques is they are much faster than full-service drafting, so you'll have your feedback very quickly. We can often turn it around in a single business day, but guarantee it within 5.
- Once you receive your feedback, you are welcome to reach out with any questions as your work on your revisions. If you ordered a "second look" option, we'll wait for you to send back your revised documents and then send you final feedback with 1 business day.
