CV & Cover Letter Bundle
How do I know if I need a resume or CV?
A resume is much more common than a CV. A CV is used when you are searching for roles in academia (e.g., a university professor), research (e.g., a pharmaceutical researcher), or other highly technical roles. CVs tend to be much longer than resumes, because they include information like publications, research, courses taught, etc. Our rule of thumb is as follows: if your document is 4 or more pages (and you want it to remain 4 or more pages), then please place an order for a CV, rather than a resume. Please note that IT jobs sometimes fall into this category if there are numerous projects, software proficiencies, programming languages, or other technical skills to include.
Average turnaround time: 15 business days*
*Turnaround times are estimates, which can vary based on how long it takes to receive all required documents, as well as current volume. If you are operating under a time constraint (such as a job posting closing soon), please let us know in the comments of your order or by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so that we can try and accommodate you.
