Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or using any product, course, template, or service offered by Flying Colors Success Services (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you (“Buyer,” “Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 1. Purpose and Disclaimer

• All offerings are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• Purchase or use does not create a personal advisor, coaching, or consulting relationship with Flying Colors Success Services or its representatives.
• The Company does not guarantee any particular result, job offer, or employment outcome from use of its products, courses, templates, or services.

 2. Buyer Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for how you use the materials, templates, or services purchased.
• Flying Colors Success Services shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of resumes, templates, or other deliverables.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge that the Company cannot be sued for outcomes related to your job search, career, or business results.

 3. Access to Digital Products

• Access to online courses is guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of purchase on the current platform.
• If the Company changes platforms, you will be notified and may request access on the new platform.
• Templates and downloadable materials are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed.

 4. Course and Service Requirements

• For courses, you are responsible for meeting all requirements, including completing lessons, assignments, or exercises.
• For services, you are responsible for providing accurate information and timely communication.
• The Company is not responsible if you fail to meet requirements, provide incomplete information, or do not complete the course.

 5. Technology and Support

• Online courses are hosted on Kajabi.
• All technical issues related to platform access must be directed to Kajabi’s help system.
• Flying Colors Success Services is not responsible for third-party platform outages or technical failures.

 6. License and Use

• Purchases grant a single-user license.
• Courses, templates, and services may only be accessed or used by the purchaser or, in the case of a gift, the designated recipient.
• Sharing, distributing, or allowing unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

 7. Intellectual Property

• All content, including text, videos, graphics, templates, and materials, is the intellectual property of Flying Colors Success Services.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

 8. Payments and Refunds

• All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds are available within seven (7) days of purchase.
• To qualify for a refund, the participant must complete the entire course and submit a copy of their completed resume with the refund request.
• Refund requests that do not meet these requirements will be denied.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
• We do not offer refunds for templates or services.

 9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flying Colors Success Services disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of its products, courses, templates, or services.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.

 10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Flying Colors Success Services is registered.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
